Anyway, I think this is a great piece!
Sure, the anatomy of the hand is a little off, but I feel it adds to the style of the art a bit, and is completely acceptable and even correct in a way <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/g/g…" width="17" height="15" alt=":giggle:" title="Giggle"/>

I also think the technique you used is fantastic, and your detailing is unbelievable (the patience you have is also admirable!)
